Creosity Support

    Creosity has contracted with Data Doctors Corporation, an independent technical support services company providing call-center help desk and online support services for both the Stealth AR Series of products and the signpassage.com media management online application. Data Doctors has developed a pristine reputation in the technical services space providing a quick, efficient and pleasant customer experience.

    Existing signpassage customers:

    If you need support or help with your Stealth Series monitors or the SignPassage content management system, please follow these steps:

  1. Check the FAQ, Knowledgebase, Stealth video topics, and User Forums at signpassage.com/support. You will find a wealth of information designed to help you with all details of setup, usage, management and reporting, usage tips, and troubleshooting for the Stealth monitors and Stealth Series web service.
  2. Send a question, support request, or suggestion using the online form at signpassage.com/support.
  3. Contact Creosity Support by calling 360-306-5261 (after finishing steps 1 and 2) Please leave a detailed message if busy/no answer including:
    • Monitor model
    • Name of the Creosity reseller that you purchased your panel from
    • Your contact name
    • Your contact phone number
    • Your E-mail
    • Problem description
  4. Your message will be delivered to our support personnel immediately. Generally you can expect a call within a 24 hour period. Display replacement (after finishing steps 1-3) In the event that your customer service representative determines that your Stealth product needs to be exchanged, you will be sent a box with packing materials that can be used to return the panel safely. If your Stealth product is still covered by the original warranty, all shipping costs will be covered by the Creosity Corporation.
